I already need to lift heavier and work my abs more!
I have been pushing myself to try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week, ideally 5 or 6 times. I am already increasing my cardio, weights and I need to push more on my abs because I don’t feel it the next day. I’m hoping this is a good sign

I know that I’m very slowly making progress but I feel like I’m killing myself and my body gives a little. It’s so disappointing to just not have instant gratification… Ugh just feeling like I look so disgusting and in so tired of it

My new favorite add to my diet. Since the stomach flu came with this bronchitis this was recommended to me by my doctor. It is great with berries and the live cultures aren’t pasteurized and therefore stay active until the expiration date. Good on sweet potatoes as well! Good protein, good probiotics, good calories! Highly recommend!
Ask about the Keto diet
Ketoacidosis is something that diabetics are prone to and are carefully monitored so they don’t get is as idoes damage to the body. Once it has happened once even more care has to be taken. This, as a person working in the medical field, is what I have been taught. I’m not putting anyone down here so please no death threats or hate notes. I’m just asking how does this diet work without harming you? Are you not more prone to pancreatitis and gallstones? And what about sugar levels? If anyone out there can please scientifically explain the basis of this diet please do. Thank you
